Typically, first orders are processed within 24 hours. This means that socks are on the way to your feet within a day! Domestic orders take between 7-10 business days to arrive. International orders can take 3-4 weeks.

We have two different payment options, monthly payments and an option to pre-pay for multiple months of the subscription. Monthly subscriptions will be deducted every month until cancellation. If you are a monthly subscriber, no time frame is associated with that account. Know that you will be charged each month until cancellation.
If you pre-pay, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of the subscription term. If you purchase a gift subscription, it will expire at the end of the subscription and will not auto-renew.
At the moment, we accept both credit card and PayPal.
Of course not! Your socks will be randomly selected each month from our collection of unique, awe-inspiring socks, resulting in a fun surprise every month! We give you the option to pick the style and boldness of the socks! Our customers love a surprise every month!
PAYMENT INFORMATION
When ever you purchased the items from our subscription package the amount is added to cart from your bank
Please include a short note in your return package indicating what you didn’t like and why you are exchanging. Color, style and pattern preferences help to ensure you get a sock you like in return or you can also claim if the packing or box is damage or torn. The more information the better.
Also, please include your name and the email address associated with the account. If your name isn’t included, we won’t know where to send it back and that’d be a total bummer!
Yes! You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time! We understand life happens and our customers may need to pause their subscription! Returns and refunds are reviewed on a case by case basis. We are happy to chat with you about the situation and find the best solution for you!
Once a shipment crosses the border, we are no longer able to track in detail. This keeps shipping free for all of our international friends! Tracking will update when it arrives in the destination country and you should expect delivery shortly after.
